Queries with a full screen typeform embed & mobile menu

Hi there,

I seem to be having a couple of issues which I am hoping you can help with:

- I am trying to embed a full-page Typeform into a blank page/block in Brizy Cloud.  Not sure what the issue is but its appearance is anything but full page - https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuXDbjy

Are there any fixes/workarounds for this?

The next few queries relate to the mobile menu:

- for some reason, the fonts I am setting for the mobile menu don't appear to be working - https://share.getcloudapp.com/BluYRvn1

- is there any way to make the menu panel white (or any other colour than what it currently is), if so, how?

- how do you remove the word "menu" at the top

- how do you remove the lines in between the menu items on the mobile menu?

    Hi,

    1 - TypeForm embed code - In Brizy we only display the code added in the embed element but in the Brizy container. Also, I found that the embed code you added has the <head>, <meta>, <body> tags but for all Brizy pages, Brizy has its own header and meta tags that are added by default. It is a clean page without these basic details like head, meta, body and footer. When you add the embed code you already add inside the <body> tag. I can suggest not exporting the TypeForm for the Full-page and try the "Standart one". Then, if you will need to display it on full height and width, you can set the block with Full height and width.

    2 - Mobile menu - from your screen video, I found that you didn't check the mobile typography styles but the desktop one. See here. I suggest clicking on the mobile option and check the typography option.

    3 - Yes, it is possible to change the hamburger menu background colour. You have to open it, click on the menu item, go to Colours options, select the Background one and select the needed colour. See here.

    4 - You have to select the "Menu" word and delete it or change it. See here.

    5 - For this, you have to set the border transparency with 0 value. See here.

    Dear Andrew, if I may answer. As far as I know no embed code is displayed in the backend. Take a look at the publish page, i.e. the frontend page. There it should be correct. (I am not a staff member, only a member) Cheers Neo

    Thanks a lot, Sandra, that helped sort most of the issues.  I am still struggling with a couple of them:

    - In terms of the TypeForm embed - I have tried using the standard embed but for some reason, I am unable to get anything to show - https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uEYvov

    - re the mobile font, yeah, the mobile setting was previously set to be the same style font but it wasn't shown in the previous video - I have put another one together here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quQb5yO

     

    Also, I have noticed a few other comments in the FB group re the footer block jumping around on the page randomly and have had it happen a few times - what causes this and is there any way of fixing it?

    Thank you @Neo Ocean for your implication and suggestions. Andrew, could you please check in the preview how is displayed the page? Do you see the TypeForm? Could you please send us the URL link of this page?

    Regarding the mobile font - thank you for reporting this issue. We could reproduce it and already informed our team regarding this issue. They will investigate it and will find a solution for it that will be applied in the next updates. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

    Thanks, Neo and Sandra, have sorted out the Typeform, for some reason switching from standard to full-page switches how it behaves reacts in the backend.

    Hi,

    Great to know that the inconvenience with Typeform is already sorted. Thank you for updating us regarding this inconvenience.

    Related to the second problem - thank you for reporting this issue. We could reproduce this problem. I only want to add it is expected behaviour that when you change the font, font-size or other details, the typography to be changed from Paragraph to Custom but it isn't normal that the font to be changed too and not be able to customize the line height and letter spacing. It is an issue and our team will fix it in the next updates. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. At the moment, as a workaround, I can suggest firstly selecting another font, then change the font size and other details, and in the last step to change back the font as you can see in the end of this video https://jmp.sh/qynKF3c.
