    Hi,

We already responded to the previous post you created but as this post has more details and the URL links, I will continue the message here.

If I correctly understand, you receive some inconveniences with the "Apply now" button. Just now, I tried to test it from the desktop mode but it doesn't open the right page and display the 404 error page. See here. I suppose that you in the URL link (here) for the button this link "https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/5633538/preview/application" but you have to add this one "https://housingaffordabilitytrust.brizy.site/application". This because this link https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/5633538/preview/application is only available for editor mode and it isn't the page URL. In your case the page URL is https://housingaffordabilitytrust.brizy.site/application. Therefore, I suggest replacing the URL link of the "Apply Now" button with this one https://housingaffordabilitytrust.brizy.site/application.

Now, about the form and "Upload file" from the Application page - at the moment, the Brizy form doesn't have the 2 step form, therefore, it isn't possible to create something like 2 forms that will be interconnected and will send a single lead. Therefore, when the visitor uploads a file it isn't invited to the next step of the application process. All the details you need for the application have to be in a single form to be sending fine. This isn't an inconvenience for the mobile mode. In such a way is working the Brizy form at the moment. We have plans to release the 2-step form and our developers are investigating this but unfortunately, we can't provide an ETA for this feature.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
