    Hi,

    I'm sorry for the late response. For some reasons, your message was added to the Spam folder and for this reason, we couldn't see it. Now, we recovered it from there and all is ok now.

    Unfortunately, we didn't encounter a problem with the Brizy. We checked with a standard form and all seems to work fine. See here a screenshot from the Brizy Leads.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    In the Brizy leads, normally accented letters show up. If this is happening with Zapier webhooks, it could be happening at the Zapier end. We may not be able to offer much help if this is happening at the Zapier end.

    Hello, it is a shame you don't have a solution for this and indeed I think it has to do with Brizy. I integrated CF7 and it works fine with Zapier. I suspect it could be the type of data it sends to zapier from the Brizy web form. I would love you guys could take a look in to it, because Brizy forms has so much great integration with the builder and also CF7 is a customisation nightmare.

    I'm also still waiting for a solution. It's been months. I stop making leads page for my clients in Brazil with Brizy because of this problem.

    I used CF7 but it is a nightmare. I suspect is the type of information sent through the system, zapier recieves UTF-8 type and Brizy send another type, so the leads recieved are faulty. I think it could be that.
