    Hi Laura,

It seems to be a problem with the PHP version. Can you please check this with Brizy 2.2.9.1? We released a small update that should include this fix.

    Hello Alex,

Thank you for getting back to me. I am afraid I am not such a skilled wordpress user, and at the moment I cannot access my account, so I don't know how to fix this issue and update Brizy.

when I try to access, this is the starting line that appears:

Warning: include_once(/web/htdocs/www.laura4art.it/home/wp-content/plugins/brizy/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/htdocs/www.laura4art.it/home/wp-content/plugins/brizy/autoload.php on line 3

It is longer, I can copy all the content if this is not enough. As mentioned yesterday I deactivated brizy pro on that website  from my account, trying to access wp and fix the problem, but nothing has changed so far.

Can you suggest me how to enter my wp account to fix the issue?

    thank you. L

    Hi,

do you know how to use FTP? You need to delete Brizy folders then install the plugins again but for that you have to log in via FTP or if you have cpanel you can do the same from your cpanel account. Here's an article on how you can do that: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/

If you can't do this I will create a private ticket and we will help you but we will need FTP or cPanel login data.

Thank you, Alex, I was able to access FTP and I deleted the plugins. Now I will install again the plugins from the wp panel, and be sure they will automatic update.

Thank you again for your help. If it happens again now I know how to solve it.

    Laura
