Updated Brizy and Brizy Pro and got an error

I updated as the title says to versions 2.9 and 2.6 respectively and got an error which doesn't let my website load. When I go to license I see the following:

  Thank you for reporting this problem to us. We find that this issue was generated by PHP incompatibility. Our team are working on this issue and soon, during this day, we will release a new update that will solve this problem. When we will release the update, we will inform you here too.

  UPDATE:

  We would like to check your dashboard to investigate deeper this inconvenience to be sure that the cause is only in the PHP compatibility. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
