Testimonial alert emails sent 5 times for one single submission

Hello,

We are using testimonials pro plugin developed by shapedplugin.com. The issue we are facing is that, when some one submit a testimonial on site, the alerts  sent out for 5 times for that same submission.

Here are screen shots for the issue. I have reported the issue with plugin support team and here is their reply on the issue.

We have tried in many ways. With the 'Brizy' page builder plugin it sent 5 times mail. But if we set the form at the widget and then, send 1 email alert.

Could you contact the "Brizy' Page Builder Plugin (https://prnt.sc/10g40hp) support asking about this issue? If you deactivate the Brizy plugin, email alerts once.

Let me know what Brizy support replies to us.

  Hi,

  Thank you for writing to us!

  How did you add this testimonial form inside Brizy? Did you add it using the embed code or shortcode? Unfortunately, if an external plugin is added using embed code or shortcode, Brizy doesn't modify something in the code and don't get involved in it. If you will check the inspect element, you will see that there (on the form) doesn't exist Brizy classes and therefore Brizy code. All code is from the plugin that generated it. This inconvenience has to be inside the embed code or shortcode. I can understand how you feel, but this inconvenience isn't Brizy related.
