on brizy wordpress subsite contact forms won't send.

I have been trying all day to get contact forms to work on my subsites but nothing I do works. I duplicate the form to start new  and tried gmail smtp and Wordpress sometimes I get email won't send other times it will say it sent it but I never get the emails, on one site its. a gmail account on another its forwarding domain email. I have also set up setting in gmail to make sure it works. not sure if it has something to do with the subsites ors something

    Could you please give us more details about how do you set the form? Could you please send us some screenshots? Did you follow the instructions from these articles https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/sections/360008965292-Form-Integrations? By sub-site do you mean the site from a multisite network?

    Just now, I send you a test message. See here. Did you receive it? Did you check the Brizy- Leads? There, do you receive the leads from the form?

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6 version?

    Hi Sandra.

    Yes I have tried wp from, duplicated tried gmail, duplicate tried different forms of smtp. and multiple like wp and smtp together.

    yes I did receive the from submitted on the main site. that once works I had to set up secret passcode through google/gmail for that one to work. 

    yes the site on multisite network correct for example the contact forms on these sites I cannot get to work in any format that I try. (they do go work using my email tho, im not sure why). 

     
    I did install 2.2.9.1 and pro 2.2.6

    Hi,

    With this, "they do go work using my email tho, im not sure why" are you about the Gmail option? 

    Just now I checked the Form element configured with WordPress notification and all seems to work fine. I could receive the message I send. If you still receive an error with this method, could you please check the email. Sometimes, we found that users added wrong emails and reported the same inconvenience.

    If you want to configure the form with SMTP, could you please send us the screenshot of how did you connect the form with SMTP?

    on my main site launch-local.com it only works with gmail secret key. 

     

    Did you checked this on the sub sites? I cant seem to get the subsites contact forms to actually send emails in any way.
    contact form pages on thes sites which are subsites.I have tried different emails as well that I have access to check. but nothing goes through to spam or anything.

    found a workaround 

    smtp had to be set up on main server at serve level. 

    and gmail account smtp needed this link to function
