Can't update email

Hi there, i would like to update my email but it seems they stated that i need to contact webmaster due to error occurred. Please advise. Thank you.

  Hi,

  Did you try to change the email from your Brizy account? For this, you have to log-in to your Brizy account and go to Account -> Settings and from there change the email?

  If you go there and still can't successes to change the email, could you please provide us with the current email of the Brizy account and with what email do you wan to change it? You can send these details here and if you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your message.

  Appreciate for reaching out to me. Unfortunately, i still can't change my email thru the steps that you mentioned in the comment. Can you please change my current email address of my Brizy account *** to the new one *** and yes please don't make this comment public. I'll be waiting for your reply.
