Dear Brizy Team, just met a strange issue

I created a form, also connected to my Gmail, when I test it, it shows "message not sent"

But actually, the email was sent to my Gmail box, please check it, thank you.

  Hi Robin,

  do you have this issue in Brizy Cloud or Brizy WordPress? Can you please send the link to your website so we can see the issue?

  Hey Robin,

  Please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.8. and PRO 2.2.5. Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Once confirmed I will create a private ticket for you and we will inspect the issue on your dashboard. Thanks.

  Hi Alex, my Brizy free and Brizy Pro are the latest, I found the reason that I used Blocksy theme 

  When I change to Astra theme, no this issue, now I am contacting to Blocky team, thank you

  The error in the form is related to the server configuration - https://jumpshare.com/v/LFFsW31WEhrg6BDW7N3w, not related to the team. 

  Did you manage to contact the Blocksy team?

  Hi Natali, thanks for your reply, I have contacted Blocksy team, they test this issue, it is not their error

  So how can I fix this server configuration erro, shall i contact my hosting company?

  Hi Robin,

  can you please add a new form (from the sidebar) on the same page and check again? It could be because of some configurations that are done automatically in the back so a new configuration could give a new result.
