Issues with dynamic fields, global blocks and custom posts
Hi,
I have the latest versions of wordpress and brizy pro (just bought the license).
What I've done:
- Created custom post type with CPT: artists listings
- Created custom fields for the custom post type with ACF
- I used brizy template and made a template for a single post type specifically for the custom post type: Listed artists
- When editing the brizy template, I set template type on 'single' and 'include listed artists - all'
- Inside the brizy template (when editing with the brizy builder), I made several alterations to blocks/columns/texts. In the beginning the images and the banner logo were displaying properly while editing, but not anymore... they are still 'there' but not showing backend. This is the first problem:
- As you can also see in the image, I connected the ACF fields that I created by adding them backend in the editor, for example: #About my artstyle --> this is a field that you can fill in while publishing a custom post 'listed artists'.
- Now when I created new posts, in the beginning it worked, but how it seems broken:
This is the website:
https://nftartspot.com/listed_artists/listed-artist-4/
The images and dynamic fields are displaying nothing but texts or errors:
My questions:
1) Can you help me out with the above issues? I'm not sure what I do wrong.
2) In the template that I created in the brizy editor for custom post type: listed artists, I made three blocks so far and made them global. I set them all to: 'include - brizy template - the one that I'm working' and ' include - Listed artists - all ' --> However, when I create a new custom post 'Listed artist' the global blocks do not appear when opening the brizy editor. I'm not sure why? The global blocks seem not to display, although I made a template specifically for the custom post type 'Listed artists' and although I set the right filters for the global blocks.
3) My global blocks also don't seem to sync with the Brizy cloud. Do you know what is wrong or is it normal you cannot bring global set blocks to the cloud?
4) I was wondering: Can you save blocks, full pages and global blocks (all 3) in your wordpress environment and connect them to the cloud and use these saved templates for pages you make in the cloud AND to move them again from the cloud to another wordpress install if you wish to do so?
5) Will there be a future update so that you can give your saved blocks and templates a name? That way you can easily find the right block or template if you have multiple for future projects.
These are quite some questions, but I really need this to work, especially 1 and 2. Hopefully you can help me out or even look together with me backend.
Next phase would be to have people fill out Form 7, whereby I attach the form fields to the ACF custom fields. That way, when I accept a draft custom post, the Form 7 fields will be automatically populated in the custom posts. I want people to be able to send me their artists information.
Thank you,
Have a good day.

Hi,
I have created a private ticket for 1 and 2 and we will try to help you but we cannot guarantee this given that there may be some incompatibilities between Brizy and external plugins.
Regarding the other questions:
3) Sync feature only refers to the Saved Blocks. Here you can find more out: https://youtu.be/iid5ZagYpuE You can save your Global Block and import it on your Cloud project after that set it as global there.
4) There's a Save Layout option: https://youtu.be/vHvJDDCuJIo
5) Yes, we have this on our to-do list.
