    Hi,

Is this the Custom Domain you want to apply to the Brizy Cloud project mninaction.meramechills.missourimasternaturalist.org? It is the fourth domain level but in Brizy Cloud we allow only the third domain level. Therefore can exist some problem in publishing and displaying well the site.

Also, I notice that the Cname record isn't set-up correct. See this article to find how to set-up it.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

The link (this article) you included in your response is not pointing to an article ? Also mninaction.meramechills.missourimasternaturalist.org is only a 3rd level name ?? If could let me know where "this article" can be found I can take a look at it - it appears that the old guidance that I was following is now different than it was before ....

    Thanks,

    JerryB

    Hi,

I'm sorry for the wrong link. This is the article I want to send you.

Also, I want to add that the mninaction.meramechills.missourimasternaturalist.org is a 4th domain level because the ".org" is the top (primary) domain level. See this schema. Also, I can recommend you this article. It is about the second-level domain but is very well explained all this structure and how it is working.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Yes - technically DomainName.org is a second level - in reality it is treated as the root domain - i.e. the one that is registered.

So - do you think that Brizy will ever support more than the 3rd level ?

    Hi,

Thank you for your reply! At the moment we don't have plans to allow users to publish custom domains with more than 3 levels but I will inform the team about this.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
