other user brizy not functioning

Hello

for one of my brizy sites I have given another user editor rights in wordpress but when they access wordbress and click 'edit with brizy' for a page they get a starnge wordpress under construction page see attached

  For what user role does this happen? Can you please confirm the Visual editor is not disabled for that user: https://jmp.sh/SsJeOrc ?
