    Hi,

If you want to place the embed code in the Body section of the site, you can add inside the page the Embed element and there add the code you have. If it isn't working and the connection isn't made, then the problem can be that the embed code has some inconveniences or you have to make some other steps to make the code work in the Brizy Cloud pages. Maybe you have to set the connection in the header or footer of the Brizy Cloud project. I suggest checking the documentation of this service or ask them about this aspect.

Let us know if we can help you with something else!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

The embed code has to be placed into the body section (doesn't work with header, footer), however it's unclear if the code has to be placed on every page.

I made the embed code module a global item, then gave it display condition "All Pages". I was hoping this would solve it, but the connection fails.

Is there anything else to try? It's critical this works for my client workflow for website revisions feedback.

Is it possible to add a body section to scripts area in backend settings?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The embed code you added to a single page, does work fine? Is it display the right content?

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to add some code on the backend area.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

No, it didn't work. It's possible it's an issue with varnish cache on my WordPress server, but I ultimately will use a 3rd party service for feedback that doesn't rely on Brizy embed element to work.
