Brizy PRO account prolongation

Hi, on 22.2.2021 I paid the fee for Brizy PRO Studio (automatically charged after one year - see below). To date, however, I do not have an activated PRO account and I have limited features. Please solve the problem. Thank you, Michal Pumprla

  Hi,

  Could you please go to your Brizy account, generate new licenses for sites you use the Brizy Pro plugin and activate them?

  This problem happens because the license key doesn't update with the new license and therefore they are expired. We are working on this aspect and we will improve it. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

  the problem is that I have no possibility to generate new PRO license. There is only possibility to download the Brizy free plugin. Michal

  Hi,

  We checked your account and found that the payment was made through this account pum***l.cz, therefore the Pro licence you can find in this account. Could you please access it and check if you can generate a new license and access the Brizy Pro zip folder.

  Hi,

  This my old account. I cancel it becouse the email adress pumprla@upcmail.cz is not valid now.

  It seems that there is possibility to generate a new license on this old account. But will be this PRO license on the actual account (...@seznam.cz) too?

  It won't be a problem that the email address pumprla@upcmail.cz no longer works?

  Hi, I generated and activated new PRO plugin from pumprla@upcmail.cz account. On this account is everythink OK but I need to have PRO license on my active account ... @gmail.com.

  Help me please, Michal.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your replies and updates. If you want we can merge these 2 accounts into a single one. In such a way, a Brizy account will be stored all licenses you have in both account and the second one will be deleted. If you agree with this, could you please concretise the email of the Brizy account where you want to store them and if you agree to delete the pumprla@upcmail.cz account?

  Hi,

  my current Brizy's account email is m.pumprla@seznam.cz. There is aprox. 15 active projects. There should be the Brizy PRO license.

  The old account pumprla@upcmail.cz you can delete. Please, do not delete my active projects.

  Hi Sandra,

  the correct account has email m.pumprla@seznam.cz. There are aprox. 20 projects and I am using it for myself and for my clients too. Please, do not delete this account!

  The old account has email pumprla@upcmail.cz and you delete it.

  Thank you for these details. We moved the Pro license from pumprla@upcmail.cz to the m.pumprla@seznam.cz account. Also, we deleted the pumprla@upcmail.cz account. Could you please check if all is fine now?
