Hi guys!

Where can I preview the Design Kit? I installed Brizy Pro on my site but it looks like it's not there. I'm also trying to preview it on your site but it prompts me to use Sketch. What is Sketch? I signed up to it but it's empty there. 

Could you please check my WP account whether Brizy Pro is installed properly at all? I activated the license but the Templates section is empty.

Another question is, as a Brizy Pro LTD owner do I get access to Brizy Cloud Pro?

Referring to this quote of yours " Our LTD members will continue to have unlimited access to the Cloud's PRO functionalities (PRO elements, contact form, integrations, premium design etc) if you choose not to pay the fee after the 2 free years.", what does this fee cover/not cover if I get the PRO functionality? Do I get Personal or Studio plan equivalent? What do I get if I don't pay the fee after 2 free years?

Is there a way to preview what design kits you have in Brizy Cloud or is it also done through Sketch which is not available to me?

Do you have customizable contact forms that I can build in Brizy Cloud?

Can I embed a code to use Callbacktracker (https://callbacktracker.com/) in Brizy Cloud or are external codes not allowed to be embedded?

    Hi,

    The Brizy design kit is a package with some of the Brizy designs. In the Brizy design kit, you can find some of our design files. They can be open and edit with one of 3 Design tools: Sketch, Studio and Figma.
    In most cases, the Brizy design kit can be uploaded from your Brizy account. Those files with Brizy Design Kit can't be added to the Brizy Cloud project or Brizy pages from WordPress because they are design files.
    If you have the Brizy Pro, you have access to all Brizy Pro blocks and layouts in your Brizy builder. Here you can find blocks and here layouts.

    For Brizy user who has the Lifetime license, they receive 2 years of license for Brizy Cloud. If you have the Lifetime license therefore you can create unlimited sited with Brizy Pro features in Brizy Cloud for a lifetime. Therefore, after 2 years you will be able to continue using Brizy Pro features and receive new updates and features on Brozy Cloud too. But, you can host unlimited sites in Brizy Cloud using the Custom Domain for 2 years. After this period, you will not have the host for sites you published using the Custom domain.

    If you will want to continue having the Brizy host you can buy a Brizy Cloud package at the current prices, even if we will increase prices for packages. Therefore, you have to buy the Brizy Studio or Personal package. If you have more than 3 sites published with a Custom domain and for all of them you want to continue having Brizy Cloud hosting, we recommend continuing with the Studio license.

    Yes, if you have the embed code of the contact form, you can add it in the Brizy Cloud using the embed element. I only want to add that in the Brizy Embed element isn't possible to add the PHP code.
