I recently bought Brizy Pro then realized I wanted Lifetime so I purchased that. How do I combine?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message. We are happy to hear that you like Brizy and want to upgrade to the Lifetime package. This action you can do from your account. Therefore, please go to your Brizy account -> Payments and click on the Upgrade. In such a way, you have to select the package you want to upgrade and pay only the difference between the selected package and the current one (+ VAT).

    No, I’m afraid you don’t understand. I had already tried to buy it through your pricing page so now I have two separate charges with active subscriptions. It made me pay the full price of $299 and didn’t merge the two so I have paid $79 for one and $299 for the upgrade but it doesn’t seem to have combined them. What do we do to combine them and get me the refund on the difference? Should I just request a refund on the first one which was a sale price of $79?

    Separate Question: Also, how do I make the Brizy Cloud area not show Brizy in the sub account area? Will that change once my custom domain for the white label agency is connected? I want it to say my company name of Website Hero so customers will not know I’m using Brizy. Is there a way to make the free Brizy Cloud sites they create through my company show my Website Hero name?

    Ok, thank you for the clarification. Could you please send us the Order Id of the Studio license you purchased? I created a private ticket on this request and you have to be informed about this on email. Could you please send us there the Order Id and continue the discussion on this topic there?

    About the second question - yes, if you activate the White Label, the Brizy Cloud Sync option will not be visible for users. You can try it. Also, as I notice that you want to re-name Brizy with "Website Hero", I want to pay your attention on that the "prefix" can't have white spaces because this can generate other problems. Therefore, we suggest adding the "-" or "_" in the "Website Hero" and type "Website_Hero".
