HTML Download Not Working?

It's been working fine until about a week or two ago, now it just spins and says, "Please wait" (or whatever) acts like it's putting the .zip file together (like it always has) and then... nothing.  No download prompt appears anymore.

It would be nice if it gave a clickable link to download the file.

Any idea what's going on here or what the fix is.  I've got several websites I need to download and roll out.

  Thank you for reaching out.

  Could you please try downloading the HTML export using an incognito/private browser window or alternatively try using a different browser to see if this helps resolve the issue? In some cases, browser cache, extensions, or download restrictions may interfere and prevent the .zip file from downloading correctly.
