I canceled this subscription a while ago; can I get a refund?.

  I see that your subscription to the Personal WordPress plan is now cancelled and is set to expire on May 27, 2027. The fact that your subscription was renewed indicates that it had not been canceled earlier.

  

  As outlined in our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, refunds are not available for renewals of existing subscriptions.

  Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for renewals of existing subscriptions

  Hence unfortunately your renewal transaction does not qualify for a refund.
