No option showing in top bar to migrate project

I cannot migrate this project as there is no top bar with "Migrate".
And cannot edit as the internal edit opens with 500.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, legacy sites are no longer accessible. This was announced in mid-June, with the migration deadline extended to October 15. Since that deadline has passed, the migration tool has been fully removed.

  

  As a result, legacy sites can no longer be opened, migrated, or edited. The only option now is to rebuild the site from scratch. I understand this isn’t ideal, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  Unfortunately, legacy projects can no longer be edited. You will need to create a new project instead and rebuild the website there.
