Cancelled subscription May 25th, 2026 but it renewed?

Hi Brizy Support,

I cancelled this subscription to Brizy Cloud today May 25, 2026. My subscription was to renew tomorrow but it instead renewed and now says May 27th, 2027 expiry. Please ensure this was canelled today and that I am not charged any further. Thank you. 

I never used this site for the past five years in fact as I had too many personal issues to address and I completely forgot about this auto-renew. 

I appreciated the 30% reduction (30WELCOMEBACK) option upon cancellation but feel I cannot utilize this for the next few months. 

Thank you for ensuring I am not charged for this renewal.

  Hello David,

  We apologize for the incovenience. It is likely that before you could cancel your Brizy Pro Studio plan on May 25th in your timezone, it was already May 26th in the timezone specified on the server that handles subscription renewal, and it was renewed.

  I see in your account  that you have received a refund from Paddle.com and your subscription is scheduled to expire today.
