    Hi Ann,

We've now fixed the broken page.

Please check on your end and let us know if everything is working properly now.

Here is how you can fix it on your end in case you encounter it again:

The idea is to make Brizy recompile the blocks by making small changes to them, such as adjusting the block width, adding some padding, or simply updating text and then reverting the changes before clicking Update.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thank you for fixing the issue.

Just to explain the steps I initially took:

    1. I updated the web page with the new content and clicked “Save.”
    2. I then viewed the web page in another browser and noticed the issue.
    3. After that, I logged back in, changed some text, changed it back again, and clicked “Save.”
    4. Usually, doing this forces the template to reapply correctly. However, this time it did not resolve the issue.

I believe this is a technical issue that should be reported to the Brizy developers, as a non-technical user would not reasonably be able to troubleshoot or resolve it using the workaround you described.

Could you please escalate this to the Brizy development team for further investigation?

    Regards,

    Ann S.

    Hi Ann,

    Thank you for the update.

You are right that previously, making a small change and re-saving the page was often enough to fix the broken pages. However, Brizy has since introduced changes to how pages are rendered and because of this, the older workaround methods may no longer resolve certain edge cases.

I understand your point that this behavior can be confusing and difficult from a non-technical user perspective, especially when the expected recovery steps no longer work. That is also why I created the screencast, to help demonstrate the updated process more clearly.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.
