I deleted and created a new blank site with custom domain and I'm still getting this error.

  Upon checking, the domain itself appears to be working correctly, however the website is currently showing a blank page because no design/content seems to be added yet.

  Could you please try adding your design again and check if the site loads properly afterward? Let us know how it goes or if you need any further assistance.
