You guys turned off auto-renew but I was asking for a refund and canceling my subscription.

  We have cancelled your subscription to the Freelancer WordPress plan and it is scheduled to expire on May 23, 2027. As Ariel mentioned to you yesterday at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/35792923498258, as per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, 

  7.4. Refunds

  Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for renewals of existing subscriptions.

  Unfortunately, your renewal transaction is not eligible for a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.
