My invitees cannot edit project

Non of my invitees can edit their project. When the open their Brizy Cloud builder all elements of the page are invisible and cannot be edited. The page in cloud builder appears completely empty. See attached print screen.

The page seem normal in the preview, but nothing is visible in the builder. I have tries using a template and tried changing role from "editor" to "partner". Nothing changes. Everything is the same. Invitees just sees a blank screen.
