    Thank you for reaching out.

    We can cancel your subscription so that you will not be billed moving forward.

    However, please note that we’re unable to provide a refund for renewal charges. As outlined in Brizy’s Terms of Service, specifically section 7.4, Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for renewals of existing subscriptions

    Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with the cancellation.
