    Thank you for reaching out.

    Could you please try downloading the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro from your account dashboard and install them manually on your Pantheon dev site?

    It’s likely that there is currently a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro, which can cause the plugin to appear as "not activated" and prevent updates from working properly.
