    Hello Espen,

    Brizy PRO Personal and Agency Cloud plans are currently active in your account. Let me explain why you are only seeing the Agency Cloud plan in your account.

    You bought the Brizy PRO Personal plan on April 30, 2021. Billing for this plan is handled by Paddle.com. You purchased the Agency Cloud plan on August 5, 2025. Stripe.com handles billing for this plan. Since Brizy accont can be linked only to a single billing provider, billing page for your Brizy Pro Personal plan was not accessible to you. However in your account dashboard, you can see that both subscriptions are currently active.

    We can cancel the Brizy Pro Personal plan. Please confirm.
