    Hello

Have a look at how the webpage loads on my mobile: https://jmp.sh/share/FXSeEN7nNRuTGmN8BAMw. I didn't see any difference in how the animations loaded on the desktop and mobile. I reloaded the page 6-7 times but could not reproduce the problem you are experiencing.

If you visit the webpage on different mobile devices, do you notice inconsistent loading of animation on all of them or just one? If it occurs on multiple devices, please create a screen capture of how the page loads on your end and share it with us. We will take a look

Hello, thank you for the reply.

Yes we’ve tried many different mobile devices and see the issue occurring on all of them. Your screen recording example showed missing hero section background image too.

I will upload some screen recordings here for you.

    Thanks!

Here is a folder with uploaded examples I just recorded. This was just a few random examples I just loaded, but as we’ve been seeing this issue, it’s happened with all different text boxes and sections on the page at different times, not just the ones you’ll see in these examples.

    Hello

A possible reason for the text entrance animations failing to load consistently is the timing mismatches between the browser rendering the text and the JavaScript trying to animate it. Can we do an experiment to see if it helps resolve the issue?

Your hero section background video is 9.35 MB in size. Does your media hosting provider cdn.filesafe.space support streaming of videos? If they do not support streaming, the complete video file must be downloaded before it can be played (whereas video streaming allows the video to begin playing while the file is still being downloaded). As an experiment, kindly remove the background video and check if it helps to fix the issue with inconsistent loading of animations.

Depending on your finding, we will discuss what should be the next step.

    Yeah absolutely.

We believe it does support streaming but I went ahead and removed the video and replaced it with a 1mb static image. Animations seemed to be loading slightly better than they were before, but I was still having sections not load or launch. And it may not have been any better, it's totally random on each load so there's no real way to measure it. After that I tried removing the image completely so no image and no video in the background, just blank. Still seeing the same loading issues.

    Thanks

We have tested the page on several browswers and devices and we are unable to replicate the problem.

Can you make another screen capture without the background video and the image?
