opt in page isn't working

Hi, I have an optin page set up on my website but it doesn't seem to be working. 

This is the page:

It's connected to a Mailerlite automation. I tried 3 different email addresses and not one of them got sent to Mailerlite. And no emails were sent. 

There's also a redirect set up to a Thank You page once someone signs up. Instead of getting sent to the Thank You page, I'm getting a blank page with the number 0 in the top left hand corner.

Please let me know what the problem might be. Thanks!

  Thank you for reaching out.

  We’ve encountered this type of issue before where submitting the form results in a blank page showing 0. In most cases, this is caused by a plugin conflict on the site.

  

  To isolate the issue, could you please temporarily disable all third-party plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then test the form submission again? 

  If the form starts working correctly, you can then re-enable the plugins one by one while testing the form each time until the issue re-occurs. This process will help identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

  Thanks, Ariel! Turned out to be the Autoopmize plugin. But not the whole plugin. Claude recommended I turn off aggrregate JS and defer it instead. That worked.
