Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund - Brizy WordPress Plugin
Dear Brizy Support Team,
I would like to request the immediate cancellation of my Brizy WordPress Plugin subscription.
I am no longer using the plugin and have deactivated my website. Please cancel the subscription effective immediately.
Additionally, I noticed a charge was deducted from my account yesterday. Kindly process a full refund for this recent payment, as I will not be continuing with the service. (Invoice Number: 2DC452B7-25637)

Your Personal WordPress plan has been cancelled and it is scheduled to expire on May 14, 2027. As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, subscription renewals are not eligible for refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.
7.4. Refunds
Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:
Renewals of existing subscriptions
Lifetime licenses
Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
Services not purchased directly through brizy.io
