    Hi Kim,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Links inside the editor should not redirect while editing pages and should only work on the front-end.

Could you please try isolating the issue by temporarily disabling all third-party plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro? Additionally, please try switching temporarily to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty-One and check if the issue still persists.

If the issue continues, please provide us temporary access to your WordPress admin dashboard so we can inspect your website. Kindly send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    Hi Ariel,

I've tried disabling all the installed plugins and changed my theme to Twenty Twenty One but the issue still exists. I had to re enable Meta Pixel plugin for now since I'm running Meta Ads and I want to be able to capture those data. You can disable the plugin when you are testing.

I sent the details to the email as instructed.

    Thanks,
    Kim

    Hi Kim,

    Thank you for the update.

I've inspected your site however, I’m unable to replicate the issue as described. To help us better understand what’s happening, could you please provide a short screencast showing the issue and the exact steps to reproduce it?

This would help us investigate the behavior more accurately.

    Looking forward to your update.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

I recorded a quick video of what happens when I click on a button that has a link. It only redirects automatically if it uses a URL and not to a page

    Hi Kim,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We’ve identified that the issue is coming from the Site Kit plugin. When the plugin is disabled, the issue no longer occurs. This is demonstrated in the following screencast: https://youtu.be/73mb2Hoyiic

As a workaround, we recommend temporarily disabling the plugin while working on your pages. Once you’ve finished and published your changes, you can enable it again.

It may also be helpful to report this issue to the plugin developers so they’re aware of it and can potentially provide a fix or further guidance.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
