    As per our refund policy at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions

    Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:

    1. Renewals of existing subscriptions
    2. Lifetime licenses
    3. Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
    4. Services not purchased directly through brizy.io

    Unfortunattely, renewal transactions do not qualify for refund. We have cancelled your plan and it's scheduled to expire on May 15, 2027 and you will not incur any additional costs.
