Brizy speed
We're working on a new site and Brizy has been working fine but today it keeps timing out.
We've asked our hosting and they can't replicate the issuse.
See this video https://youtu.be/JW8GcfYwkH8 on what keeps happening
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Darren

Hi Darren,
Could you please confirm if you've already tried isolating the issue by disabling all third-party plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro?
Additionally, have you tried temporarily switching to another theme to see if the issue persists?
This issue is also commonly related to Wordfence. If you are using it, please try temporarily setting Wordfence to Learning Mode and check if that helps address the issue.
If the problem still persists, please send us your WordPress admin credentials so we can further inspect the issue on our end. Please include reference number 35577635465618 in the subject line of your email so we can easily locate your request.
Looking forward to your update.

Hi Ariel,
A couple of things. It's not CPU - that's around 19%. We're using PHP 8.5,
max_input_vars = 4000
memory_limit = 768MBWe use Blocksy as our theme, as we do on all our sites now. But switcing to 2025 didn't change anything.
In the site if we're edited posts, pages, content that's none Brizy they load as expected. Also when using WP Forms Pro - when working on a form speed is fine.
LiteSpeed might be an issue as the crawler won't work because the site is in Brizy Maintannce mode, so wondering if that's causing an issue?
Thanks,

Hi Darren,
We’re unable to replicate the issue on our end. We were also able to duplicate the page into the _test page and successfully update it there as well.
This is demonstrated in the following screencast: https://youtu.be/6yMASj3bxE4
If the issue continues on your end, please try temporarily disabling all third-party plugins while working on the website. We also recommend setting Cloudflare to Development Mode temporarily to avoid caching or optimization conflicts while editing.
Once you’re done making changes and ready to set the website live, you can re-enable the plugins and turn Cloudflare back on.
Kind regards,
Ariel H.0
