Checkout problem with updating payment information after coupon during cancel/update subscription

    Hello Nathan,

    Thanks you for reporting the above issue. You have availed 70% discount while making your purchase on November 10, 2025. It's possible that the discount for cancelling users did not apply to you.

    We would like to investigate the issue you have reported above. Can we recreate your experience of cancelling subscription? We will follow these steps.

    • Reverse your cancellation by clicking on the "Don't cancel subscription" button.
    • Cancel your suscription again and follow the discount process and record screen while doing it

    This will help us capture the issue wih the discount process. Your account will be unaffected by this procedure. Do we have your permission?
