Hello, for some reason our footer moved to the top of the page as though it's a header???? What made this happen and why can't we fix it?

  Hi,

  Thank you for reaching out.

  This issue occurs when there is a hidden simple block positioned above the global block. 

  This problem will occur if the page has the following structure:

  • Simple block
  • Global block
  • Simple block (and so on for the remaining blocks)

  To address this issue, it is important to adhere to the following structure:

  Global blocks should be placed first (as global blocks take precedence)

  • Global blocks should be placed first (as global blocks take precedence)
  • Global block or simple block can follow
