Menu broken until turned off LiteSpeed
Hi Ariel,
With this site https://www.vkoils.com/ the menu doesn't display unless LiteSpeed Cache is turned off or logged in as an admin.
First up, I turned off JavaScript in LiteSpeed settings but it didn't make a difference.
Thanks,
Darren

Hi Darren,
We checked your website and enabled LiteSpeed Cache, only JS Minification is currently disabled.
We also tested the website across different browsers, and after purging the cache several times, the menu appears to be working properly on our end now - https://youtu.be/KwZOVKRhQkE
Could you please check again on your side and let us know if the issue still persists?

Hi Ariel,
Before disabling. I cleared cache both LiteSpeed but on my machine. It didn't make any difference.
So do we think we have to purge the cache multiple times?
Thanks,
Darren

Hi Darren,
Thank you for the update. This issue was related to LiteSpeed Cache and aggressive local/browser caching. The approach of clearing the cache worked on our end.
You can also try opening the website using a URL like this:
https://www.vkoils.com/?abc=123Adding /?abc=123 at the end of the URL forces the browser to treat the page as a new request instead of loading the previously cached version. This is used to bypass cached content temporarily and check the most recent version of the website.

Ok, we'll keep that in mind.
We generallly re test in incognito or private windows on different browsers to try and avoid any cahcing issues.
