Clickable popup not working

I set up a clickable pop-up for a form button, and I tried clicking it on other devices, but no pop-up appeared. Please help me solve this problem.

  Please share with us the URL of the page where you are experiencing the above issue and let us know how to test the popup. Please also let us know on which devices the popup fails to work.
