Brizy Uninstalling Itself

    Hello Dylan,

A plugin can be unistalled automatically if a plugin update is stopped or corrupted during the automated process; WordPress may destroy the plugin files, causing them to disappear. If a website is compromised, malicious malware has the ability to uninstall plugins automatically. Some security tools may detect and uninstall other plugins that are judged insecure or cause problems. Low disk space or a server crash can cause plugin files to disappear. Incorrect permissions on your hosting server can prevent WordPress from upgrading, sometimes forcing it to remove the old files without replacing them.

Please work with your hosting support to isolate the cause

    • Check Hosting Logs: Review server logs for errors in consultation with your host.
    • Run a Malware Scan: Use security plugins to ensure the site isn't compromised.
    • Disable Auto-Updates: Temporarily disable auto updates for Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins to see if it stops the problem.
    • Check File Permissions: Ensure your wp-content/plugins/ brizy and wp-content/plugins/ brizy-pro folders have the correct permissions (usually 755 or 750).
