SSL Renewal email received by client
Hi,
One of my clients have received this email about an SSL certificate renewal. This is the first time this has happened for any of the website domains on my account.
Is this a geniune request or a phishing scam?
I was under the impression that SSL certificates are renewed automatically by Brizy.
If you could clarify as they have raised the query with me.
Kind Regards,
Matt

Hi Matt,
Thank you for reaching out.
Your Brizy Cloud subscription already includes its own SSL certificate, which we manage on our end. The SSL renews automatically as long as the website remains hosted with Brizy Cloud, so there is normally no action required from you or your client. The email your client received is most likely unrelated to the Brizy Cloud SSL.
Kind regards,
Ariel H0
