    Hello Markus,

Your "$1 Per Site Deal" was attached to your white label builder. Since you cancelled your whitel label plan, the projects in the above plan also became inaccessiable. We have now detached your "$1 Per Site Deal" plan from the white label plan. You should now have access to your projects.

We see that you have also cancelled your "$1 Per Site Deal" plan. If this was done by mistake, you can reverse it by following these steps.

    1. Sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
    2. Navigate to the "Billing" option under the "Account" menu

    3. Click on the "Don't cancel subscription" button

    Hello Markus,

The owner of https://www.primaveriidreamresidence.ro/ signed up with your white label builder. Here is how he can continue to develop this website.

    • Currently his account is attached to yours. We can detach his account so that he can sign in at https://www.brizy.io/account/login. Please confirm. Once we detach, you will need to inform him about the change of builder (from  webmy.ro to Brizy.io) and the new path for signing in.
    • The plan he bought from you will expire on May 22, 2026. To continue using the builder, he will need to buy a Brizy Cloud plan by May 22nd. He can consider the "Personal" plan available at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud
