Transfer of account to my other accounts

Hi there! I hope you're doing well.

I wanted to make a request regarding my accounts. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to grow my white label product as I had hoped, so I’d like to transition to using my regular Brizy account instead. Could you please help me by moving the files from my white label account to my Brizy account sape263@gmail.com?

 

I understand I currently have two accounts one white labeled and one regular and I’d like to continue with my lifetime account. My clients haven’t been able to fully utilize the white label, so consolidating everything into one account would be really helpful.

Down the line, I may consider renewing, but for now, I’d like to close the white label account.

    Hello Kudakwashe,

    These are the two Brizy accounts and plans you have.

    1. sape263@gmail.com: Brizy Pro Lifetime: This plans gives you access to unlimited Pro licences for Brizy WordPress. You also have complimentary access to PRO elements in the Brizy Cloud builder, but cannot publish websites on custom domain. 
    2. hello@creative21.....: Agency Cloud plan. This plan gives you access to 100 PRO licenses in Brizy Cloud and you can publish 100 websites on custom domain. You are currently using 50/100 PRO licenses.

    Since you do not have a Brizy Cloud PRO subscription in the first account listed above, moving projects to this account will result in you losing access to custom domain publishing for all of your Cloud projects. Kindly reconsider your decision in light of this factor and let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Hello how are you I will hold on to the decision and this how best to go around it. 

    My issue right now is that my service provider server is down and I am not able to access the agency cloud plan from my branded dashboard. 

    Could you please give root access to the branded (agency account) dashboard maybe using an alternative method that does not use my domains as all my domains are down at the moment

    The Agency Cloud plan linked with hello@creative21.... is not currently white labeled. If I remeber correctly, it was earlier white labelled. To access your Agency Cloud account, sign in at https://www.brizy.io/account/login. If I misunderstood your request; please provide additional details.

    My request is that I need to access my account that has the privileges to publish to a custom domain , I need to access that account

    Hello Kudakwashe,

    Your Agency Cloud plan linked to hello@creative21....  has the privileges to publish on custom domains. You have used 50 PRO licenses and you can use 50 more PRO licesnes in this account. Each PRO license allows you to publsh on a custom domain. 

    Could you try signing in to this account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
