Good morning, is it possible that when I click on the item in the menu it doesn't take me directly to the page?

  Hi Walter,

  Yes, that can happen, and it’s usually related to how the menu link is set up or how the page is configured. For example, if the menu item is pointing to a custom link, anchor, or an outdated URL, it may not go directly to the intended page. It can also occur if there are redirects, caching, or JavaScript conflicts affecting the navigation behavior.

  Could you please share the page URL so we can inspect it, and let us know what happens when you click the menu item?
