    Hello Engage Art,

To fix the issue with your gallery pages, kindly upload these files to the respective folders using an FTP client like FileZilla or using the File Manager plugin

    • Download the CSS file at https://jmp.sh/XSTZzOUo and uplod it to the folder /wp-content/plugins/brizy/public/editor-build/prod/editor/css/
    • Download the two CSS files at https://jmp.sh/ufDJvmM6 and upload it to the folder /wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro/public/editor-build/prod/css/

After uploading the above three CSS files, check if gallery pages like https://t0t5jjb1lb-staging.wpdns.site/artist/daniel-zamitiz-sanchez-del-valle/  work well.

If you have a cache/optimization plugin please deactivate it and check if it fixes issue on the homepage.

If you need help with any of the above, kindly give us access to your WordPress dashboard. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Your email must include a link to this thread's URL, otherwise we will be unable to locate your support ticket. Please notify us in this thread when you send us the email.

Thanks. The uploading of these CSS files did not seem to make any difference. The gallery page you linked to never had an issue, but if you look at the home page (https://t0t5jjb1lb-staging.wpdns.site/) you can clearly see the issues... especially when comparing to the PROD site (engageart.org)

We’ve also recently released an update that addresses previously reported issues, so please make sure both Brizy and Brizy Pro are updated to the latest versions.

Let us know if this helps resolve the issue you’re facing.

    Best regards,

I had to follow these instructions for a site that failed when upgraded to 2.8.14 and 2.8.8.  Your updates do not contain those files.
