I didn't want to renew Brizy, but it renewed automatically. How do I get a refund?

  Hello Peter,

  You cancelled your subscription to the Freelancer WordPress plan 10 minutes after it was renewed. Renewal transactions are typically not eligible for refunds, according to our terms and conditions at  https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions.

  We made an exception for you and refunded $119.00 to your payment method, giving you the benefit of the doubt that you tried to cancel it before the due date. This transaction should appear on your card statement within 7 to 10 business days.
