Brizy cloud collaborate

Having some issues with my version of cloud and collaborate.

I have the collaborate button. upon clicking collaborate it begins the process of cloning the page but never completes it.  it appears it is broken, considering the process is not completed.  why is this happening?

Is it my version of cloud that is causing the problem? or something else?
