    As per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, we offer a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:

    • Renewals of existing subscriptions
    • Lifetime licenses
    • Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
    • Services not purchased directly through brizy.io

    Unfortunately, your renewal transaction is not eligible for a refund. We have cancelled your subscription to avoid any further charges.
