Please issue refund and cancel the subscription.
Hi Team,
I am no longer using Brizy and was recently notified by my bank about a charge on my account. This is how I became aware that the subscription is still active.
Please cancel my subscription immediately and process a refund for the recent charge.
Kindly confirm once this has been completed.

As per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, we offer a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:
- Renewals of existing subscriptions
- Lifetime licenses
- Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
- Services not purchased directly through brizy.io
Unfortunately, your renewal transaction is not eligible for a refund. We have cancelled your subscription to avoid any further charges.
