  At the moment, we’re unable to offer refunds for renewals, as subscriptions need to be canceled prior to the renewal date.

  That said, we can cancel your subscription effective today so that you won’t be billed in the next billing cycle. 

  Please let us know if you’d like us to proceed with the cancellation.
