My images in the Brizy cloud website are gone
Hi,
On a website I built 2 years ago all images where gone. All where shown as empty. I was surprised to see this. But then I thought I can download the images from the exported website. I did and uploaded the images of the homepage. But then again I only saw empty images. How can this be? I like Brizy but I don't like these bugs.
I exported the website 2 years ago as HTML and uploaded it via FTP. So the website is not broke. But the website in Brizy Cloud had no images now that I wanted to change some things and export it again.

Hi Betty,
The issue appears to have been a temporary glitch on our end. We resolved it by downloading the images from the live site and re-uploading them to the cloned version.
We could have restored them from a backup, but that takes longer as it involves another team, so this was the quicker fix.
We’re keeping an eye on this to prevent similar issues moving forward.
