It looks like the subdomain is not properly configured at the moment.

For a subdomain to point to your Brizy Cloud site, you don’t need to add an A record. Instead, only a CNAME record is required, as outlined in this guide:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-RedirectOnce you’ve updated the DNS records, please allow up to an hour for the changes to propagate.
