Integrations not loading - Cloud

I'm trying to do a simple email integration on a page and am getting grayed box and spinner for both the email integration and the integration apps. However, CAPTCHA is showing up.

  We have fixed the issue with your form. Email notification settings and App integrations should now work fine.
